She recently co-wrote He Saw Jesus Jesus Is His Name as well as Love Me To Death and recorded the songs. She has also launched GIFFT a line of wine with the Scheid Family Vineyards in Monterey CA. Recently, Nicole C. Mullen starred in her first short film as director. In the film, the two wrote the music together. Gifford has donated to numerous charities that help children including Childhelp, The Association to Benefit Children and Cassidy's Place.
